TO HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE THERE ARE A FEW THINGS YOU SHOULD DO IN PREPARATION FOR AOW23.

  1. Register for the event here.

  2. Pay the registration fee ($250) to Pastor Jason Kim’s Zelle (birthtae@gmail.com)

  3. Arrange your travel. For out-of-state attendees fly in and out of PDX.

  4. Find your own teams lodging in the Portland metro area (e.g. Airbnb)

  5. Meet at the RoC Fellowship by 9:30 AM on Sunday, JULY 09.

  6. Plan your departure. For out-of-state attendees, plan to either leave from PDX anytime on July 16.

  7. Inform the AOW team of flight information so we can arrange airpot pick-ups and drop-offs.

  8. Each team must decide on a 3-5 song set to work on BEFORE THE EVENT.

  9. Review the AOW packing list.

  1. Bible

  2. Clothes for one week (weather will be warm but indoors will be air-conditioned)

  3. Money for lunch and dinner on Sunday, JULY 09.

  4. Instrument/accessories (if possible)
